Cherie DeVille, born Carolyn Anne Paparozzi on August 30, 1978, in Durham, North Carolina, is an American adult film actress, director, and model of French-Canadian descent. She spent her early years in Washington, D.C., and Cape Cod, Massachusetts. During her youth, DeVille was active in various pursuits, including horseback riding, ballet, swimming, and playing the drums. She also served as a lifeguard at 16 and was a cheerleader during her high school years.
DeVille pursued higher education at the University of Hartford, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, followed by a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine. She practiced as a licensed physical therapist across the United States before transitioning to the adult entertainment industry in 2012, at the age of 34.
